Australia China Youth Business Association (ACYBA) is an Australia registered non-profit organization, with the purposes to:

1. Based Australia, keep the world in view, pooling strength, creating a bright future.
2. Promoting solidarity, the spirit of harmony and mutual respect among its members in Australia and China and assisting development of members’ companies.
3. Strengthening business and culture exchanges between Australia and China, integrating into mainstream of local society, and enhancing mutual understanding and economic development.
4. Enhancing the social status of young entrepreneurs in Australia and China, promoting the protection of local government for the interests of young entrepreneurs.
5. Providing support and care for all those in need, without limiting ourselves to any specific target group, the foundation aims to offer help through services and donations to as many people in need as possible, the elderly, the sick, the poor, the young, and the disabled people, mainly doing our share for a happier and kinder world.

The founding of Australia China Youth Business Association Inc (ACYBA) is essentially because of the rapid and amazing development in both business cooperation and culture communication between Australia and China. The two countries have shared a great deal of cooperative bindings over the last two decades and this creates a great opportunity for many young Chinese coming to Australia as international students or immigrants. The newly-arrived generation is full of energy and keen to settle in the Australian society. This should not be very hard for them as most of the students and immigrants have received high levels of education and are able to speak English fluently. They can quickly adapt the local business atmosphere and start looking for any breakthrough point for growing their own business.

Therefore the generation of ACYBA is to provide a trustable environment for those Australia and Chinese young business people and their friends to share their business experience and ideas and cooperate for mutual development. Also it helps to promote more business corporations to establish their cooperative relationships between Australia and China in a wide range of different fields. Meanwhile, ACYBA will regularly hold all kinds of communicating events with other communities for both commercial purposes and charity works. In general, the major objective for ACYBA is to gradually expanding its social impacts by offering helps to those who in need and influence progressively in the local economic growth, cultural communication and charity promotion.

澳洲中国青年企业家总商会（简称：青商会）简介

1、成立背景

在过去的二十年里，澳大利亚和中国的经济贸易往来和文化交流得到非常迅猛的发展，澳洲和中国的合作关系更加紧密，越来越多的中国年轻人留学移民到澳大利亚，这些新一代的移民年轻有朝气，英语流利，受教育程度高，融入澳洲本地社区快，致力于在澳洲发展自己的生意，他们积极参与澳洲本地的经贸文化交流，为澳洲的社会注入了新的活力。在这个大的时代背景下，孕育了一批有志青年，他们当中有些人已经建立了自己生意，而有些人正想寻找创业机会。

“澳洲中国青年企业家总商会”便在这样的大环境下诞生了。

2、成立目的

成立“青商会”的主要目的是为青年企业家会员及其朋友提供一个专业可靠交流平台，积极发展和协助推广澳洲和中国各种大中小经济合作发展项目和企业发展。同时，我们也积极紧密联系和配合其他兄弟社团联合举办各种交流活动。另外，在促进商业交流活动的同时，我们也会积极开展慈善活动，回馈社会，帮助更多社会上需要帮助的人，扩大本商会的影响力，在本地社会经济发展，文化交流和慈善活动中起到更多积极的推动作用。
